Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Content Operations Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation team in New York. You will stand up and run scaled content services for enterprise clients, from design through go-live, stabilization, and handover.

You’ll embed with client teams, redesign workflows, establish governance, and drive measurable improvements in cycle time, first-pass rate, and delivery velocity while shaping an AI-enabled operating model.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years across content operations, creative production, marketing operations, consulting, or transformation delivery.
• Deep fluency in how content is made at enterprise scale.
• Track record of shipping in enterprise environments.
• Experience building pipelines, methods, or production capabilities that outlived engagements.
• Commercial instinct to shape scopes, capacity models, and defend margin.

Responsibilities

• Map the full content lifecycle end-to-end and the organizational model underneath it.
• Design the target-state service model and governance to enable fast, compliant decisions.
• Define the activation plan and own the cross-functional delivery across teams.
• Stand up the service model and ensure the operating infrastructure is ready before volume arrives.
• Resource and onboard the team, run the cutover, and stabilize post-launch with KPI baselines.
