Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited, a subsidiary of Infosys, seeks an Operations Manager to define and drive global content strategy, governance, standards, and performance across regions. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, improve platforms, and align cross-LOBs to strengthen content governance and scalability.

You will design management frameworks, onboard new programs, and modernize processes while accelerating content operations with AI-driven capabilities and future-state readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global content strategy, governance, standards, performance measurement, and transformation across all regions.
• Lead strategic content initiatives end-to-end, driving platform improvements and cross-LOB alignment to strengthen governance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Design and implement content management frameworks and standardized workflows with onboarding new programs/LOBs and modernizing processes.
• Accelerate content operations through AI-driven capabilities and optimize workflows for AI ingestion and Copilot readiness.
