Job summary

Onterris seeks a visionary Senior Director, Enterprise Communications to shape how the organization navigates growth and transformation. Reporting to the VP, this leader acts as a strategic advisor to executives and guides integrated communications that accelerate business outcomes and workforce adoption.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll partner across functions to solve business challenges through storytelling, change leadership, and executive communications. Remote candidates welcomed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a communications and public relations leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to create compelling communications that engage, educate and inspire audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to partner, coach and consult with executive and senior leaders across functions, businesses and countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide communication strategies that enable priorities, transformation and growth.
• Develop integrated communication and change plans for organizational, technology and cultural transformation.
• Translate business strategy into compelling narratives to drive alignment and action.
• Drive employee readiness and adoption of strategic initiatives while reducing change fatigue.
• Establish governance, calendars and measurement for enterprise communications.
• Counsel leaders through transformational moments and crises with credible messaging.
