Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Director of Enterprise Communications to lead the internal communications and employer brand strategy across a dispersed workforce. You will shape how the organization informs employees of strategy, values, and impact, while externally curating stories that enhance recruitment and sales.

You will collaborate with HR, Strategy, Product, Sales, and Brand to ensure consistent voice and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications or marketing with enterprise-wide scope.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience building employer brand strategy and culture storytelling.
• Experience managing Glassdoor and LinkedIn presence and reviews.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling across formats.
• Ability to advise senior executives and translate priorities into messaging.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex initiatives and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Internal Communications function with strategic direction and goals.
• Set enterprise communications vision and annual strategy aligned to culture and priorities.
• Translate organizational priorities into communications approaches for clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate across HR, Strategy, Product, Sales, and Brand to surface impact data and stories.
• Own the enterprise-wide internal communications framework and channel strategy.
• Drive platform evolution and governance for intranets, email, video, and collaboration tools.
