You will partner with HR, Strategy, Brand, and Legal to ensure consistent voice, metrics, and scalable programs. This role offers remote work and a path to impact-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or marketing with enterprise scope.
• 5+ years of management experience and mentoring staff.
• Experience building employer brand and internal storytelling.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and translate priorities into messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications framework, calendar, and channel strategy.
• Manage enterprise-wide communications and executive announcements.
• Ensure access to operational info and reinforce strategy, culture, and values.
• Build a center of excellence and equip teams with best practices.
• Develop an employee storytelling engine with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with HR/Strategy to reflect operating values and direction.
• Create measurement frameworks (KPIs, engagement data) for continuous improvement.
• Embed refreshed enterprise brand across internal channels and experiences.
