Job summary

OCC seeks a senior transformation communications leader to drive internal engagement and change messaging for enterprise transformation. You will translate strategy into clear, actionable communications for various business teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and channels.

You will advise partners on messaging, timing and tools, contribute to the content calendar, and translate feedback into actionable improvements in a regulated, financial-services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or English, or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a communications, marketing or public relations role
• Fintech, financial services or insurance industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience with change/transformation communications

Responsibilities

• Lead internal engagement and change communications for OCC's transformation
• Translate enterprise strategy into day-to-day execution for supported teams
• Develop toolkits, FAQs, leader talking points and cascades
• Provide communications counsel to business partners informed by OCC's strategy and regulatory context
• Maintain enterprise content calendar and communications playbooks for consistency
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations to refine strategies
