Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a communications leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required.
• Demonstrated ability to craft engaging corporate narratives for diverse audiences.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders across functions and countries.
• Proven track record in branding, values and behaviors development.
• Strong written communication, editing and storytelling skills (AP style).
• Experience with public companies and investor communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation and strategic communications initiatives.
• Advise executive leadership with messaging, speeches, and leadership communications.
• Develop communications programs that engage employees and strengthen culture.
• Build governance, planning processes and measurement for enterprise comms.
