Job summary

Well is seeking a Senior Director of Client Success to lead a major enterprise account from Chapel Hill, NC. You will drive end-to-end program delivery, maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders, and partner across operations, product, marketing, and analytics to maximize retention and portfolio growth.

You will guide a high-performing team, translate ambitious client objectives into actionable plans, and help shape the client success strategy for a transformative healthcare

Qualifications

12–15+ years in employer health benefits, digital health, or health consulting.
Proven track record with C-level executives and Fortune 500 clients.
Strong ability to translate vision into strategy and operating models.
Experience with analytics to prove ROI for executives.

Responsibilities

Own strategic account for a large enterprise, driving health outcomes and ROI.
Serve as primary advisor to senior client and health plan partners.
Lead cross-functional teams across sales, integration, operations, and analytics.
Identify opportunities to expand footprint and solutions within the account.
Ensure program delivery aligns with the client’s objectives and value delivery.
Oversee a team including a Client Success Manager and coordinate with subcontractors.
