Job summary

OCTA seeks a Department Manager to lead Enterprise Business Solutions, guiding strategic initiatives across applications, data, analytics, content management, and collaboration platforms. This role drives modernization and governance while shaping roadmaps and budgets to deliver measurable organizational value.

You will partner with executives to modernize processes, manage vendors, and mentor managers, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing technology services for the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for OCTA’s enterprise applications, data and analytics, content management, collaboration, automation, and low-code technology functions.
• Establish department strategies, roadmaps, standards, governance, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives, business needs, risk, and available resources.
• Direct the lifecycle management, modernization, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications while reducing technical debt and retiring legacy solutions.
• Lead data warehousing, integration, business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities while advancing data quality, governance, and secure access.
• Oversee SharePoint, enterprise content management, intranet, eForms, Power Platform, automation, and related collaboration technologies.
