OCTA seeks a Department Manager for IS Enterprise Business Solutions to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise applications, data warehousing, analytics, and content management. You will guide governance, roadmaps, and modernization efforts while managing budgets, contracts, and vendors.

You will partner with business leaders to modernize processes, drive automation, AI, and low-code adoption, and ensure secure, compliant delivery of technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent.
• Eight (8) years of technology experience with at least four (4) years directly managing staff.
• Knowledge of modern enterprise technology trends and their business applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise applications, data, analytics, content management, collaboration, automation, and low-code technologies.
• Establish department strategies, roadmaps, governance, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Direct lifecycle management, modernization, and support of mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Lead data warehousing, integration, BI, reporting, and analytics with data governance and secure access.
• Oversee SharePoint, content management, intranet, eForms, Power Platform, automation, and related collaboration technologies.
• Partner with leaders to modernize processes and leverage automation, analytics, low-code, AI, and emerging tech.
• Ensure disciplined delivery of technology projects with clear scope, milestones, risks, and transitions to operations.
• Collaborate to incorporate cybersecurity, privacy, architecture, infrastructure, and continuity requirements.
• Develop and manage department budgets, staffing, tech investments, software licensing, and vendor contracts.
• Lead and develop managers and staff, building capability and a culture of accountability.
