Compassus is seeking a Senior Director of Analytics and Reporting Services in Brentwood, TN, to lead analytics, BI, and governance across clinical, operational, financial, and strategic domains. You will blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution to turn data into actionable insights, shaping the future of care delivery.

The role requires a strong analytics mindset, deep business acumen, and a track record of partnering with executives to improve outcomes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field and 10+ years in analytics leadership roles.
• Experience leading analytics, BI, and data services teams and partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metrics standardization, and reporting best practices.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms (PowerBI or similar).
• Proven ability to drive self-service analytics and a consultative analytics model.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics and reporting strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and data products with quality and governance.
• Define metrics, semantic models, and trusted data sources across the organization.
• Expand governed self-service analytics with standards, tools, and training.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-enabled insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and BI team.
