Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a Director of Analytics & Reporting to lead a team of analytics professionals and execute a scalable analytics strategy. You will drive solution design, complex analyses, and executive reporting to convert business needs into actionable insights.

You will partner across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, and technology to build data products and establish governance, standards, and cadence for analytics delivery while improving data trust and reducing manual

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management.
• Experience developing roadmaps and analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
• Experience with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and scalable analytics capabilities to drive business outcomes.
• Own and develop a team of analytics professionals; contribute to solution design and executive reporting.
• Partner with operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology and other functions to deliver data products and insights.
• Establish processes and standards for analytics delivery, governance, and operating cadence.
• Improve speed and quality of insights while reducing manual processes.
