Alignment Health is seeking a Director of Analytics & Reporting to lead a growing analytics portfolio and drive scalable, data-driven decision support across operations, clinical, finance and technology. This senior leader will coach analysts, shape the analytics roadmap, and deliver executive insights using modern data platforms.

Qualifications

12+ years of analytics or related experience in BI/analytic domains.
5+ years in people leadership with delivery and coaching responsibilities.
Experience developing roadmaps and measurable analytics outcomes.
Strong SQL and BI platform experience (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
Experience with complex analytics and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics portfolio and drive scalable analytics solutions.
Design analytics solutions, validate data, and resolve issues.
Partner with operations, clinical, finance, and IT leaders.
Provide executive reporting and data product development.
Ensure data quality and governance across platforms.
