Alignment Health is seeking a Director of Analytics & Reporting in California to lead the analytics strategy and build scalable capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. You will oversee a growing team and partner across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, and technology to deliver data-driven insights and data products.

In this senior role, you will own solution design, complex analysis, and executive reporting while fostering trust in data, speeding insights, and automating

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or related field required.
12+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data products.
5+ years of people leadership with delivery accountability.
Advanced SQL and BI platforms experience (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

Mansioni

Lead analytics strategy and scalable capabilities to deliver business outcomes.
Manage analytics portfolio with roadmaps and measurable results.
Partner with operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology and other functions.
Provide executive-level reporting, data validation, and solution design.
