Coupa seeks a Senior Director, AI Delivery to lead the engineering organization responsible for designing, building, deploying, and operating enterprise AI solutions. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for AI initiatives and partner with AI Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, and Product teams to turn opportunities into production AI capabilities.

• Extensive experience leading enterprise technology organizations.
• Proven track record delivering AI, ML, or intelligent automation at scale.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI Delivery Engineering organization.
• Build and scale a high-performing AI team ( Engineers, Solution Architects, AI Operations ).
• Set delivery standards, engineering practices, and operating models for AI solutions.
• Oversee multiple concurrent AI programs across business domains.
• Deliver enterprise AI solutions: AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI automations, Conversational AI, Knowledge assistants, RAG, multi-agent orchestration.
• Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability of solutions.
• Advocate reusable AI components and engineering accelerators.
• Manage capacity, roadmaps, resources, milestones, and executive reporting.
