Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Solutions & Engineering Director to define the technical vision and delivery model for enterprise AI. You will advise C-suite leaders, shape market narratives, and lead a high-performing AI engineering organization on large-scale programs.

The role combines strategy, engineering, and business outcomes to deliver transformative AI across clients at global scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or AI engineering.
• Proven experience building and leading consulting capabilities.
• Deep technical credibility with C-suite and CTO-level buyers.
• Track record of sustained revenue growth and market leadership.
• Recognized authority in enterprise AI architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice.
• Sell, shape, and deliver large-scale, multi-year AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery quality.
• Own technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiator.
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums.
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
