Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks an AI Solutions & Engineering Managing Consultant to lead end-to-end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements, make architecture decisions, and guide engineering teams from design through production deployment.

You will engage with VP/Director-level stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights, and apply responsible AI principles across ethics, privacy, security, and governance in enterprise

Qualifications

7–9 years in software or solutions architecture with AI delivery experience.
Deep expertise in agentic AI systems and enterprise AI integration.
Proven experience leading engineering teams in client environments.
Strong client presence and executive-level technical communication.
Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery on flagship AI engagements.
Own architecture decisions including stack selection, integration, and deployment.
Manage engineering teams and establish delivery and code quality standards.
Lead technical discussions with VP/Director-level client stakeholders.
Identify expansion opportunities grounded in technical delivery insights.
