Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Endpoint Security & XDR. You will lead the line that protects customers’ endpoints and extends to the broader Elastic Security platform, partnering with SIEM and analytics and reporting to the GM.

This distributed role emphasizes business outcomes and customer impact. You will shape strategy, drive revenue and platform integrations, and lead a team of product managers, working closely with GTM teams and customers to accelerate

Qualifications

• Security product leadership: run a product line or BU with focus on endpoint, EPP/EDR/XDR
• Executive stakeholder management: partner with GTM, sales, analysts
• Data-driven decisions: base calls on win/loss, customer conversations and market signals
• Strong executive communication with CISOs and senior leadership
• Experience scaling security businesses toward large revenue and impact

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Endpoint Security & XDR line.
• Lead agentic detection and response roadmap in collaboration with SIEM/Analytics.
• Own business OKRs: revenue, retention, attach rates, expansion.
• Represent the line to sales, customers, and analysts; travel as needed.
• Grow a team of product managers connected to customer mission.
