Elastic Security is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Endpoint Security & XDR business. You will partner with engineering leadership and align with SIEM/analytics to deliver a unified, end-to-end platform.

The role emphasizes business outcomes, customer-focused strategy, and strong cross-functional leadership. You will drive revenue, retention, and platform attach while guiding the team through market dynamics and competitive positioning.

Formación

• Business expertise running a product line or business unit in security, with full visibility of revenue, win rates, retention, pricing and packaging.
• Earned credibility in endpoint security: EPP, EDR, XDR, and hands-on discussion with engineers and practitioners.
• Strong working partnership with go-to-market teams, including enabling sellers and supporting deals.
• Clear executive communication with leadership, CISOs, sales leadership, and industry analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the business-driven OKRs for the Endpoint Security & XDR line (revenue, win rate, platform attach, retention, expansion).
• Set the product strategy and present it to sales leadership, customers, and analysts with a diagnosis, guiding policy and actions.
• Own the agentic detection and response strategy for the endpoint, aligning with SIEM/analytics for a single platform.
• Shape investment decisions using data and customer evidence.
• Align endpoint/XDR with the Elastic Security platform story to grow cross-product adoption.
• Travel as needed to visit customers and participate in deals and reviews.
• Partner with engineering as a true pair to own outcomes for the line.
• Lead and develop product managers, connecting their work to customer mission.
