Responsibilities

• Define and drive the OKRs for Endpoint Security & XDR line, including revenue, win rate, platform attach, retention, and expansion.
• Set the product strategy for the line and present it to sales leadership, customers, and analysts.
• Own the endpoint agentic detection and response strategy, coordinating with SIEM and analytics to create a single platform experience.
• Shape investment decisions using data and customer evidence.
• Explain how endpoint fits Elastic Security's broader platform story to drive cross-sell into SIEM.
• Engage with customers during deals and reviews, traveling as needed, and represent Elastic at industry events.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers aligning work with customer missions.
