Zusammenfassung

LevelBlue seeks a senior product leader to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for EDR and MDR products and services, including endpoint detection, managed detection and incident response. Build and coach PMs/POs, align with Engineering, R&D, Threat Intelligence, SOC, Sales, and executives on the platform's direction.

You will drive a multi-year network and cloud security roadmap across the portfolio, own business cases, and guide major platform initiatives from strategy to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling network and/or cloud security platforms.
• Strong technical and business fluency—work with Engineering and R&D on architecture and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated success managing a P&L and securing executive investment for platform initiatives.
• Experience leading major platform migrations or modernization efforts.
• Excellent executive communication skills—comfortable with C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and communicate the Network & Cloud security north star, and translate evolving network and cloud security shifts and market dynamics into a coherent multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering and R&D leadership to align roadmap commitments with delivery capacity and platform architecture decisions.
• Own the business cases, investment prioritization, and build-vs-buy/partner decisions across the full product portfolio.
• Guide major platform initiatives (migrations, modernization, consolidation of legacy systems) from strategy through execution.
• Represent the platform to executive leadership, board-level updates, and key customer/partner conversations as needed.
• Build and scale a high-performing product team, establishing shared standards for roadmapping and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and the SOC/service delivery organization to ensure the roadmap reflects customer/analyst needs and GTM readiness.
• Own platform-level KPIs—adoption, reliability/uptime, time-to-market for new capabilities, operational efficiency, and revenue/retention impact.
