Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies seeks an accomplished Senior Director, Strategic Programs to provide strategic leadership, governance, and financial stewardship for the End User Services program. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance management while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of IT program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or five additional years of management experience in lieu of a degree.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain certification within six months of onboarding.
• Experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or commercial enterprise customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the EUS Program’s annual budget and operating plan.
• Establish and maintain a program evaluation framework to measure results and prioritize improvements.
• Oversee ITSM data integrity, customer records, and documentation.
• Staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
• Prepare accurate program reports and executive briefings for stakeholders.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and submitted within timelines; monitor budget and expenditures.
