Job summary

Visa's Corporate IT group seeks a Senior Director, Client Engineering to lead end-user technologies, OS/SOE management, and VDI solutions for a global workforce. You will shape strategy and advance modernization initiatives to improve productivity and user experience.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, partner with security and workplace technology, and drive outcomes with metrics-driven programs, while upholding compliance and security standards across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 9 years of work experience with an Advanced degree or 15+ years with a PhD, OR 15+ years total experience.
• Proven track record leading large, global teams (5,000+ employees).
• Deep technical expertise in end-user technologies: SOE/OS, EMM, Citrix/VDI, and endpoint security.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale client engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic technology strategies and roadmaps for client engineering, aligning with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership, security and cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan implementations.
• Lead evaluation, piloting, and deployment of new technologies for endpoint management, mobile platforms, and virtual workspace solutions.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs integrating SOE/OS, mobile, and VDI solutions.
