Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of international and US employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in FedRAMP compliant environments and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligning with laws and best practices.
