You will coach Journey Owners and HR Liaisons, manage budgets, and translate stakeholder needs into compelling business cases while guiding change initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant HR experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or business integration in HR.
• Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services.
• Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Data-driven strategic decision making.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Executive level communication and influence skills.
