Job summary

The Centers invites applications for a Director of Clinical Informatics to lead EHR governance and optimization across our multi-site behavioral health and primary care system. You will serve as the primary liaison with OCHIN Epic, oversee the EHR team, and advance clinician experience while reducing documentation burden.

You will drive a multi-year EHR roadmap, implement AI-enabled capabilities, and lead training and change management for all sites, ensuring governance, security, and vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHR leadership with governance & team management.
• Direct experience with Epic; OCHIN Epic preferred
• Experience in a community health center, FQHC, or ambulatory behavioral health setting preferred
• Led cross-functional EHR governance with steering committees
• Experience presenting to clinical and executive leadership
• Engagement with EHR vendor communities, conferences, and AI evaluation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year EHR roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory needs.
• Lead the EHR Steering Committee and partner with IT leadership on investments.
• Direct EHR optimization, build, and security with focus on clinician experience.
• Identify and advance EHR-related AI capabilities aligned with priorities.
• Own clinician EHR experience strategy and adoption programs.
• Oversee EHR training programs and change management across sites.
