Job summary
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Director of IT Clinical Systems Services to lead strategy and operations for state-wide customer-facing applications. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent (4 years) experience.
- Minimum of 10 years IT leadership experience; 5+ years in healthcare IT.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership in cross-functional teams or projects.
- Experience with portfolio governance and training/service delivery functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and operations for customer-facing IT clinical systems.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant applications for internal and external partners.
- Lead portfolio governance, change management, and curriculum development.
- Manage Epic applications, including Community Connect programs and Epic security.
- Partner with executives across clinical, operations, and IT leadership.
