Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Detroit is seeking a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead an electronic discovery team on a major government contract. You will oversee data intake, analysis, early case assessment, and production while coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and third-party vendors.

The role requires 7+ years in litigation support or eDiscovery, experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance or IPRO, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery processes.
• 7+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery or tech support, government experience preferred.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO or similar platforms.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience performing administrator and case manager functions in eDiscovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an eDiscovery team on government projects.
• Oversee ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Coordinate with General Counsel, Attorneys, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain custody and tracking documentation for media and data.
• Develop internal processes and workflows for eDiscovery operations.
• Provide end-user support and training on litigation software.
