Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead an electronic discovery team on a major government project. You will manage data analysis, early case assessment, document production, and vendor relations while coordinating with GC, attorneys, and legal staff.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in litigation support/eDiscovery, extensive Relativity experience, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery/doc review processes.
• 7+ years in a litigation support/eDiscovery environment, government preferred.
• Experience with Admin and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with end-user support and Training for Litigation Support apps.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other eDiscovery platforms.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery team on government project and provide project management.
• Oversee ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist with troubleshooting of eDiscovery platform issues and workflows.
• Maintain awareness of eDiscovery regulations and best practices through training.
