Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead the electronic discovery team on large government projects. You will oversee ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production while coordinating with General Counsel, Attorneys, and external vendors.

The role emphasizes project management, end-user support, and staying current with eDiscovery best practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery or technology support environments, ideally within government.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with end-user training and support on Litigation Support applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronic discovery team on government projects, overseeing ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, including General Counsel and Attorneys.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the eDiscovery platform and maintain best practices with continued training.
