OpenX in New York is seeking a Sr Director, DSP Partnerships & Growth to lead the Americas DSP partnerships organization and accelerate revenue growth. Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
• Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partnerships or leadership.
• Experience building new opportunities and expanding relationships beyond traditional account management.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem, including real-time bidding and DSP/SSP economics.
• Established executive-level relationships across major DSPs and programmatic ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop commercial strategies, negotiate complex agreements, and independently manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing commercially oriented teams with clear performance accountability.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including revenue forecasting, partnership economics, opportunity sizing, and investment prioritization.
• Ability to navigate technical product discussions and translate complex capabilities into compelling commercial opportunities.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Establish KPIs, revenue forecasts, and pipeline visibility across the DSP portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing DSP Partnerships team.
