Trustmark seeks an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. This role drives new product development through market research, customer insights, and a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy, leading cross-functional teams to accelerate time to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in industry with some experience across product development, product management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics to propel business growth.
• Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach both leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health product portfolio is top tier and leads prioritization and development.
• Develop deep knowledge of voluntary benefits marketplace and trends.
• Support field partners with clear product storytelling and communication.
• Lead product development process including research, design, market analysis, requirements and cost-benefit analysis.
• Manage budgets and operational plans for products under development.
• Develop health product claims strategy and address customer experience opportunities.
• Own product strategy from concept to market using market and competitive analysis.
