Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years in product development/management and implementation.
- Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
- Proven ability to lead without direct oversight and influence across teams.
Responsibilities
- Owns product strategy from concept to market with data-driven insights.
- Leads development of health product claims strategy and vendor partnerships.
- Coaches teams on product health, ROI, and prioritization.
- Develops KPIs and drives governance for sustainable portfolio health.
- Ensures regulatory compliance and timely response to changes.
