Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee Canton, GA dining operations. This hands-on leadership role manages the team, client relationships, food quality, and financial performance. The position is based in Canton, GA and relocation is required.

You will lead day-to-day operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality service while controlling costs. The role requires P&L awareness and a strategic approach to facility dining management.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of proven leadership experience in foodservice.
• Two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Experience with P&L accountability or contract foodservice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day dining operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
