Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking experienced consultants to join its Digital & Technology Services team in a leadership capacity. You will drive technology-enabled business transformation, partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver strategy, roadmaps, and execution across complex programs.

Ideal candidates have 8–15+ years in management or technology consulting, strong PM skills, and a proven ability to translate recommendations into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS a plus.
• 8–15+ years in management or technology consulting or related field.
• Experience with leading consulting firms strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how technology enables business strategy, operating model, and performance improvement.
• Ability to assess complex challenges and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, and processes for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses and translate findings into executive-level recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and presentations to ensure quality output.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships for high-quality execution.
• Collaborate across business and technology functions to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and capability development.
