Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks experienced consultants to join its Digital & Technology Services team in Miami. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to identify technology-driven challenges and translate them into actionable strategies, leading complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.

The role requires 4–8+ years in management or technology consulting, with MBA/MIS as a plus, and a willingness to travel as client needs demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
4–8+ years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting.
Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives and senior-level communication.
Strong ability to translate complex problems into actionable recommendations.
Willingness to travel as client and engagement needs require.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with clients' priorities.
Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
Structure and oversee analyses, synthesize findings, and present executive-level recommendations.
