Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 4–8+ years in management/technology consulting or related field.
• Prior experience with a leading consulting firm preferred.
• Experience leading complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech findings into actionable solutions.
• Solid project and program management with multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into strategies.
• Assess current-state tech environments and processes to identify improvements.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Oversee analyses and present clear executive recommendations.
• Manage deliverables and client relationships to ensure quality.
