Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Senior Director, Digital Technical Production & Guest Data Operations to lead the technical production backbone across owned digital channels and to govern guest data powering commercial activation. This executive role partners with analytics, UX/UI, marketing, ecommerce and technology teams to ensure scalable, reliable execution and enterprise-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Proven executive-level leadership experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Deep expertise in digital production across web, mobile, ecommerce, and direct digital channels.
• Strong command of guest data operations, including governance, stewardship, quality management, and operational enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within and help shape enterprise commercial operating models.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to drive alignment across strategy, activation, design, technology, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical production operations across all owned and operated digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional production teams responsible for campaign execution, always-on merchandising, content operations, and launch of new capabilities.
• Establish production intake models, prioritization mechanisms, workflow standards, and SLAs.
• Oversee production readiness, release coordination, testing support, and issue escalation.
• Translate commercial strategy into scalable operational execution and govern guest data operations.
• Lead data quality management, metadata cataloging, and governance across guest data pipelines.
