Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Product on the Marcomms team to lead the strategy and execution of the digital product roadmap across websites, marketing tech platforms, and digital experiences.

You will partner with Growth Marketing, MarComms, and IT peers to embed Digital Product at the center of engagement, with a culture of experimentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and principled entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital product, strategy, and MarTech teams.
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record delivering digital experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Product Team to drive integrated digital strategies.
• Design and execute a digital roadmap maximizing audience value.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Lifecycle for alignment.
