Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director for Digital Finance within its PEPI CFO Services. You will drive transformation by applying finance analytics, RPA, and predictive forecasting to improve EBITDA and transparency.

Role requires extensive experience in Accounting/Finance, financial modeling, and advisory capabilities for large corporations or PE-backed portfolios. You will lead client engagements and cross-functional teams, delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college with concentration in accounting/finance/economics preferred but not required.
• Experience with Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Over 12 years of experience related to Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead information gathering with the client and guide interviews to capture relevant data.
• Define analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and create executable plans.
• Lead project components across service lines and manage smaller projects independently.
• Proactively manage client expectations and communicate risks and contingencies.
• Collaborate with senior management and build teams leveraging individual strengths.
