Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Director, CFO Services - Digital Finance to lead transformation programs for PE-backed portfolio companies. You will design and implement digital finance solutions, drive analytics, automate processes, and deliver EBITDA improvements.

Strong leadership, finance acumen, and experience with RPA, NLP, and predictive forecasting are required. Position based in New York, reporting to the PEPI leadership team with opportunities to shape large-scale finance transformations

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited college/university with concentration in accounting/finance preferred.
• Experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• Over 12 years of experience related to: Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Complete proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and guide information gathering to ensure complete data.
• Develop frameworks and actionable conclusions from analyses.
• Project management and ability to lead smaller projects independently.
• Design cash-generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements.
