Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Development to lead the annual fundraising strategy and donor engagement efforts at the Administrative Office in Baltimore.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will supervise the development team, drive revenue across private individuals, corporate, and foundation channels, and partner with leadership to position BGCMB for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in development, donor relations, or revenue-generating roles.
• 2+ years supervising fundraising staff.
• Proven success leading annual fund campaigns and giving societies.
• Experience overseeing multi-stream fundraising operations and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM data for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Development Officer to set projections and annual fundraising plans.
• Lead and manage donor pipeline, moves management, and fundraising campaigns.
• Oversee stewardship for corporate partners and individual donors; ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Coach and develop staff; set goals and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Communications, Finance, Programs, and Data & Impact teams for reporting and forecasting.
