The Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson is seeking a Director of Development to lead frontline fundraising, grow individual and corporate giving, and drive donor engagement strategies. You will manage donor portfolios, supervise Development staff, and work closely with the VP of Development & Marketing, CEO, and the board to align donor interests with BGCC's mission.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of fundraising experience, with success in two or more areas: individual giving, corporate giving, events, and donor relations.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to cultivate relationships, solicit charitable contributions, meet revenue goals, and manage multiple pipelines.
• Experience using a donor database or fundraising CRM to document moves management and performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel locally and attend evening/weekend meetings and events.
