Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the team responsible for deploying our video AI tech into customers' environments. You will shape deployment architectures, drive integrations, and enable scalable, secure, and repeatable deployments across hyperscalers, private clouds, and on-premise systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Experience deploying complex software/AI systems into enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment systems.
• Experience deploying software across multiple cloud environments and/or customer-controlled infrastructure (air-gapped, regulated).
• Hands-on ownership of the end-to-end deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments across public cloud, private cloud, on-premise, and customer-controlled environments.
• Build scalable integration patterns across enterprise apps, data platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Own engineering strategy for integrating TwelveLabs into customers' ecosystems.
• Establish standards and tooling for faster, repeatable deployments.
• Create reusable platform capabilities from recurring customer requirements.
• Define architecture and interfaces to embed TwelveLabs in customer workflows.
