Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the engineering org responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customers' environments and integrating it with their stacks.

You will own strategy across hyperscalers, private cloud, on-premise, and other enterprise contexts, partnering with Product, GTM, and ML teams to translate requirements into scalable deployment patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, infrastructure, or platform teams, with leadership experience.
• Experience deploying complex software or AI into enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments, security, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment & Integrations Engineering organization across customers and partners.
• Define architecture standards for deployments, integrations, and automation.
• Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle including CI/CD, rollout, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to scale deployment platforms.
• Recruit and develop senior engineers and cultivate a high-ownership culture.
