Job summary

Armag Corporation, a leader in secure modular facilities, seeks a Director of Business Development in Bardstown, KY. This leader will guide the BD team, build a proactive growth organization, and strengthen pipeline development for defense and federal markets.

You will mentor BD professionals, manage opportunities, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to win complex contracts. Citizenship and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading BD or sales professionals.
• Demonstrated success building qualified pipeline and improving win rates.
• Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense acquisition and government procurement methods.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop business development professionals.
• Direct customer engagement, opportunity development, capture planning, and pipeline management.
• Create a consistent operating rhythm through opportunity reviews and clear accountability.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Advance key opportunities while sharing market intelligence across the organization.
