Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Deal Finance team seeks a Senior Director to lead and execute complex M&A projects with a CFO-focused agenda across diverse sectors. You will drive transaction strategy, finance transformation, and client delivery, while developing the practice and mentoring colleagues.

You will operate within EY-Parthenon’s fastest-growing strategy and execution group, leveraging AI tools responsibly and coordinating across global teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience in M&A management consulting, operational Finance, and deep sector knowledge.
• Experience in Finance integrations or separations (divestitures/carve-outs) including TSAs, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Knowledge of firm‑approved AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) and how to apply them.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours; commutable distance to office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A projects focused on CFO agenda and Finance function.
• Develop the transaction strategy for finance and support client delivery across sectors.
• Focus part of your time on business and practice development and mentoring team members.
