Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Senior Director for Deal Finance (M&A) to lead and execute complex finance-focused transactions. You’ll guide deal strategy, drive CFO agenda initiatives, and manage cross-functional teams across sectors in a fast-paced environment.

You will also contribute to business development, client pursuits, and team development, while leveraging firm-approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8 years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Significant experience in M&A management consulting, operational finance, and deep sector knowledge.
• Experience in Finance integrations or separations (divestitures/carve-outs).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-performing project teams across EY to drive successful project execution.
• Develop transaction strategy for finance and support client delivery across sectors.
• Balance business development with practice development and mentoring of team members.
