EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Director for Strategy and Execution Deal Finance (M&A) to lead complex buy-side and sell-side engagements for Fortune 500 CFOs. You’ll shape transaction strategies, develop separation and integration plans, and drive value through synergies and robust operating models.

You’ll collaborate with client service teams across industries, guiding finance-focused transformations and risk mitigation while mentoring a growing practice in a highly international

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS or Analytics with 5 years of related experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Finance integrations, divestitures, carve-outs and TA/TSAs.
• Deep knowledge of the Finance function (accounting, budgeting, planning, procure-to-pay, etc.).
• Ability to manage complex environments and synthesize integration/divestiture solutions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
