Qualifications

• 15+ years in analytics, business consulting, data strategy and or strategic planning functions.
• 8+ years of cross-team leadership over multiple business and strategic disciplines.
• Experience across both agency and corporate environments.
• Translation of ML/AI models and analytic projects to tactical and executional business action.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication.
• Strong active-listening skills, with ability to discern client needs.
• Proven people-management skills: coaching and accountability.
• Ability to create long-term roadmaps and use cases for multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and initiative prioritization.
• Independently develop long-term roadmaps and use cases for workstreams.
• Recommend insights-to-action for strategic planning using value-based measurement.
• Identify opportunities for cross-solutioning within the client ecosystem.
• Teach and train reports on data, analytics, and technology applications.
• Collaborate with SMEs to curate client-centric solutions.
• Translate data/results into narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Lead development and execution of multi-phased measurement roadmaps for clients.

• Engage with clients to drive strategic growth and optimization.
